Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

1: Return Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
The customer is entitled to request a refund in the following cases:
The merchant executing the wrong service.
There is a service Issue.
2: Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the booking or service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you do not attend or cancel late, the full value of the session/service will be charged.
If the service is not performed within the specified time, the customer has the right to request cancellation and a refund.
3: Replacement Policy
The customer can request a service replacement in the following cases:
Incorrect service execution.
There is a fundamental flaw in the service provided to the client.
You must submit a replacement request within a maximum of 7 days from the booking date, along with proof of purchase (invoice/electronic receipt).
4: Arbitration
All refund or exchange requests are made in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
