Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the PILARA Website

1. Definition

  • "The site": the online platform for booking Pilates sessions.

  • "User": Any person who uses the site or books a service through it.

  • "The studio": the entity that owns and operates the site and services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are made through the website and are considered confirmed after completing the online payment process.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed reservations are not affected by subsequent changes.

  • The packages and prepaid lessons are non-refundable except in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard Mada debit card in SAR

  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You can cancel or modify the reservation at least 24 hours before the class time.

  • In case of a no show or a late cancelation, the full value of the session will be deducted.

  • Financial refunds (if any) Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card

4. Health Responsibility

  • The user acknowledges that they are physically fit to participate in Pilates classes.

  • The user assumes full responsibility for their health condition during exercises.

  • The studio is not responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of improper use of the equipment or failure to disclose medical conditions.

5. Use of the Site

  • The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking.

  • Use of the site for any illegal or offensive purposes is prohibited.

  • The studio has the right to suspend or cancel the account of any user who violates these terms.

  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (texts, images, trademarks, designs) is owned by the studio and protected under copyright laws.

  • The user is not permitted to copy or reuse any part of the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Amendment of Terms

  • The studio has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and they become effective immediately upon being published on the website.

  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

  • Continued use of the site after the modification is considered implicit consent to the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia.
