Reservation Policy
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are made through our website PILARA.SA or by contacting us via phone.
Your reservation is only confirmed after completing the payment process through the approved electronic methods.
The prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed reservations are not affected by subsequent changes.
2. Payment Confirmation
After completing the payment process, the customer receives a confirmation message via email or a text message (SMS) containing the booking details.
The confirmation message usually takes 5 to 15 minutes to arrive after the transaction is completed. If it does not arrive within this time, we ask the customer to contact the customer service team.
3. Financial Transactions
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
No credit card, debit card, or personal data will be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third party.
All payment transactions are processed through a certified payment service provider with a secure connection.
4. Geographic Restrictions
www.pilara.sa will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel or modify the reservation at least 24 hours before the class time.
If you do not attend or cancel late, the full value of the session will be deducted.
In the event of a refund (if applicable), the amount will be returned via the original payment method within a period not exceeding 45 business days.
6. Disclaimer
The client acknowledges that they are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking.
The studio is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect data entry or problems with the payment service provider.
